Pay Premium

You can make Premium & Other Payments at our ONE Customer Place (OCP) located at 18-20 Motijheel C/A (Ground Floor- North Side), Dhaka-1000 non-stop between

  • 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays except Government Holidays; &
  • 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays except Government Holidays)

This walk-in center also provide Policy Information and Other Customer Services from –

  • 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays except Government Holidays

*These services are not provided on Saturdays

You can also make Premium & Other Payments at our Customer Touch Points across Bangladesh from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays except Government Holidays.

You can make MetLife payments in cash at ~127 branches and ~3000 Agent Outlets of Bank Asiaand receive the original Premium / Money Receipt with revenue stamp from the bank’s counter instantly.

The same arrangement is also available at all ~102 branches of One Bank Limited and ~195 branches  of United Commercial Bank Limited (UCBL).

Premium payment through EFT Debit is very efficient and convenient channel for MetLife Policy owners. If you have bank account mentioned in the following link “EFT Debit Enabled Bank List”, you can take this opportunity by providing single instruction in the EFT Debit Form.

To avail this option, please follow the below steps:

  • Download & print the below EFT Debit Authorization Form
  • Fill the authorization form duly. Download the following form that guides you how to fill out the EFT Debit Authorization Form correctly
  • Verify account holder details section by authorized bank official of your bank

Making Payment Online

MetLife Bangladesh is now offering “Online Payment” facilities to valued Policy Owners allowing them true digital experience while maintaining their policies. They no longer need to stand in long queues or go out to a nearby MetLife or a MetLife Partner Bank Counter to make payments to MetLife. A Policy Owner may make online payment using Credit or Debit Cards or e-Collection Service i.e., by debiting one’s own Bank A/c and crediting MetLife.

Online Payment through Cards

i. Holders of any Visa / Master Card / American Express Credit/Debit Card can avail this opportunity. A Payment Gateway Usage Fee will be charged depending on the Amount Payable to MetLife;
ii. Customers will have to choose the Payment Type i.e., payment against Premium, Automatic Premium Loan (APL) Loan, Lapse, Auto Surrender or any other Balance;
iii. S/he will have to go through the Amount mentioned against each “Sub-head” i.e., Payment Amount, Double Billing Amount (if applicable) and Gateway Usage Fee and refer to the “Terms and Conditions” to avoid any inconvenience in future;
iv. After successful completion of the procedure, an electronic Premium / Money Receipt (without Stamp or Signature) will appear on the screen, a copy of which will automatically be sent to Cardholder’s e-mail address;
v. Customer may also take a print out of the Premium / Money Receipt;

Online Payment through e-Collection Service

I. Only Internet Banking customers of “EFT Credit Enabled Banks” can avail this service;
II. No Processing Fee is applicable on this service;
III. After customer logs in for this service, concludes entries into various data fields, and clicks on the “Submit” button, s/he will be required to keep the page open that appears on the screen of MetLife Website until all input are complete for the transaction;
IV. Any transaction submitted AFTER the cut off time of the customer’s respective bank or DURING Friday / Saturday / Public Holiday will be processed the next working day;
V. Customer will receive an acknowledgment SMS only after MetLife receives the payment from the customer’s Bank. Policy Owner will receive MetLife official Premium / Money Receipt in his / her registered mailing address.
