- MetLife employees
- Card holders’ eligible dependents
Eligibility Criteria & Availing Service (Anti-Aging Health Check-up):
Current eligibility criteria:
- The individual has to have an EPP Plus policy holder
- Face value must be BDT 200,000 or more
Services can be availed at:
- 26 International hospitals (across India, Singapore & Thailand)
- 217 Bangladeshi hospitals and diagnostic centers
- Upon presentation of the life card at any of the partner hospital/diagnostic center, the card holder will get a discounted service
Eligibility Criteria & Availing Service (Eye Care Test):
Current eligibility criteria:
- The individual has to have an EPP Plus policy holder
- Face value must be BDT 200,000 or more
Services can be availed at:
- 4 branches of Bangladesh Eye Care Hospital
*Anti-Aging Health Check-up is favored more by the policy holders over Eye Care because of wide availability.
