মেটলাইফ গ্রাহকদের জন্য প্রদত্ত বিভিন্ন ডিসকাউন্টেড সেবাসমূহ, বিডি ট্যাক্স সহ (সীমাবদ্ধ নয়) বিভিন্ন স্বতন্ত্র সেবা প্রদানকারী দ্বারা প্রদান করা হচ্ছে এবং এই সেবা প্রদান ও ব্যবহারের ফলে কোন রকম আইনি দায় থেকে মেটলাইফ সম্পূর্ণভাবে আলাদা ও স্বাধীন। মেটলাইফ এর এই সকল সেবার উপর কোন অধিকার/নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই ফলে এই সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে যে কোন ধরণের ক্ষতি, দাবি অথবা অন্য কোন সমস্যায় মেটলাইফ দায়ী থাকবে না। মেটলাইফ যে কোন সময় এই সেবা পরিবর্তন অথবা বন্ধ করে দিতে পারে।
The discounted services offered to the MetLife customers are being provided by various service providers, including but not limited to BD TAX, that are independent of MetLife. Any legal liability arising from using of the service lies with such service providers. MetLife has no control over the services and shall not be responsible for anything in connection with the services, including but not limited to any loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of use of the services, the nature or quality of the services provided, nor for any outcome of the services whatsoever. MetLife reserves the right to discontinue or change the services at any time.
