Claims Overview


As making a claim can be distressing when you have a lot on your mind, you can always rely on us for support and resolving your claim quickly and efficiently.

MetLife Bangladesh handles claims with a responsive and customer-centric service. We also offer a step-by-step guide for our claims process to save time and minimize your effort.

Notify us about any claim you want to make within 10 calendar days from the date of the incident. You can write, fax, call or send us an e-mail with the date and cause of the incident along with your current contact address.
