MetLife Bangladesh bagged the most prestigious accolade “Best Employer Brand 2018’ from World HRD Congress in their 13th Employer Branding Awards celebrated in a gala award ceremony in Mumbai, India. Tauhidul Alam, Director & Head of HR of MetLife Bangladesh received the award on behalf of the organization.
Over 2,000 professionals from 57 countries participated in this grand event at Taj Lands’ End, Mumbai, India. World HRD Congress recognized top organizations from 57 countries as ‘Best Employer Brand 2018’ who demonstrated excellence and innovation in the field of Employer Branding activities and successfully positioned as an Employer of Choice. MetLife Bangladesh achieved this prestigious award for its effective role in translating and combining its vision of creating a people centric organization and nurturing a culture of developing future leaders and ultimately building a powerhouse of human resources for the society.
